The CareerUp international internship program takes your privacy seriously, and as such abides by the following Privacy Policy throughout the application process, and whenever handling your personal data & information.
What information do we collect?
We collect information from you when you fill out a form. When submitting your application or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address or phone number. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.
Program participants may also be asked to provide a copy of their passport to facilitate their visa application process and meet the documentation requirements of their housing provider.
What do we use your information for?
Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:
- To administer a contest, promotion, survey or other site feature
- To process your application to our company programs
- To send periodic emails
- To meet visa and housing documentation requirements
The email address you provide may be used to send you information, respond to inquiries, and/or other requests or questions.
How do we protect your information?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you enter, submit, or access your personal information.
We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.
After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.
Do we use cookies?
